This tool stores only your Instagram user ID and username, and only when you comment a campaign keyword on our posts, so that we can reply to you and avoid duplicate deliveries.
To request deletion, either remove the app "聽書進化留言助手" from your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites page and choose to request data deletion (processed automatically; you will receive a confirmation code), or email steven27012581@gmail.com with your Instagram username. We respond within 30 days.
We delete all redemption records (user ID, username, comment ID, timestamp) and redact your username from activity logs. Aggregate counters contain no personal data and are retained.
If you have a confirmation code, check its status on the status page.
